Nursing student's post lead to a lawsuit

A nursing student assigned to follow a patient through the birthing process got a little out of hand when she chronicled the experience on her MySpace page, school officials said.

The student’s MySpace posting about the assignment called babies “demons … from hell” and referred to the patient’s newborn as “the new Creep.”

When officials at the University of Louisville’s School of Nursing got wind of the student’s posting, they dismissed her from the nursing program for allegedly violating the school’s honor code and a confidentiality agreement associated with the course.

The student responded with a lawsuit claiming violation of her free speech rights.

What's the connection of Kris' marital problem with Noynoy's candidacy?

I don't get this! Do they think Filipino voters are this stupid?

What irked Kris is how some people have dragged her brother Noynoy into the brouhaha when Noynoy has absolutely nothing to do with it. An uncle of Mayen’s insinuated that he wasn’t going to vote for Noynoy, which was uncalled for. It was the same uncle who texted everybody only a few minutes after the incident happened that Wednesday, thereby perhaps blowing it out of proportion and starting the whole controversy.

James Yap: I never cheated on Kris

James Yap said:

"Hindi naman totoo 'yon, hindi naman totoo. Siyempre lumalabas na naman ngayon na babae ko 'yon. Hindi ko naman mabi-blame si Kris na mag-react ng ganoon. May karapatan naman si Kris na mag-react ng ganoon dahil asawa niya ako," Yap said.

“I’ve never cheated on Kris,” insisted James. “I have never been unfaithful. Ang ganda na ng wife ko, bakit hahanap pa ako ng iba?”

That's nice, but it's not because Kris is beautiful that James should be faithful but because of his commitment to the marriage.
