Noynoy and Teodoro compared

Some title of news posts:

'Teodoro track record better than Noynoy's' and so were Marcos, Estrada and Arroyo's. But look at what happened to our country! I wonder if they meant corruption record.

'Noynoy and Mar won't steal and will lower taxes.' Obviously, because no stealing means billions of pesos will be saved for the country and therefore no need to increase taxes.

I think Philippines has a lot of money but they are in the politician's pockets.
