At Gerald Anderson's birthday party: "where was Kim Chiu?"

Everybody is wondering what’s going on with Kim and Gerald because in an important event in Gerald’s life like his having a birthday party, Kim’s absence will surely raise a question in the people’s mind. Why was Kim not at Gerald’s birthday party. Kim clarifies the issue on Showbiz News Ngayon:

Meanwhile, Kim denied rumors claiming that she did not attend Gerald’s surprise birthday party on purpose. It just so happened that she was shooting a commercial at that time. “Kasi biglaan ang surprise birthday party para sa kanya,” explained Kim. “Naka-schedule ako para sa commercial (shoot).” She related that when she finished shooting at two in the morning, she asked Gerald if she could still catch up, but was told that their friends have already gone home. Kim said that she has not given her leading man her gift yet since his real birthday won’t be until this Saturday (March 7). She said that she has not yet bought her present but she’s making sure that Gerald would like it.
