Wille and Villar using Wowowee in campaign

I thought ABS-CBN does not allow this. Sa Wowowee today, obviously, nangampanya sila Willie at Senator Manny Villar. We all know that Villar is still being questioned by the Senate on the C5 issue. And we all know that Villar avoided facing the senate - he used the media instead and his tons of money for Ads - to explain his side. According to Senator Madrigal, Senator Villar used his position for self-gain and that is a clear corruption also. Do we want the histoy repeat itself?
