The breakfast buffet I can enjoy and stay healthy

I love heavy breakfast which means having a big breakfast at Soup Plantation at least once a week. Yes, they are the best for me since they serve their food healthy style. Here is a picture I took one Sunday morning at Soup Plantation and I’m showing what I had that morning: Waffles with blueberry, yogurt with fresh sliced banana French toast with strawberry jam, fresh grapes, oatmeal with milk, different kinds of bread and pastries, fresh green salads, pasta, potatoes, omelet, scrambled eggs and egg quiche, plus juice or coffee. There's a lot more like soup, desserts, fruits but I only got a little of everything I like.
