Pops Fernandez understands Martin Nievera's reaction

Everybody knows by now that Pops was recently dumped by her boyfriend of 3 years, Jomari Yllana. She called ex-husband Martin Nievera to break the sad news of her break-up, and as a friend and father to her two sons, Martin reacted and defended Pops. Jomari was not happy with Martin’s remarks and asked Martin to stop meddling because he was not part of the issue. Martin agreed that he should not have intervened but explained that he was only feeling bad for Pops who was obviously hurting at that time.

In my opinion, Martin should have just comforted Pops in private and left everything a private matter between Pops and Jomari because he would only put himself in the hot seat and the table can turn against him. We know how much and how many times he had hurt Pops in the past, so now how can he make such judgment on Jomari for hurting Pops. But at least Martin realized what he has done and promised to never speak again on the issue.
