Pangandamans positions: is it the power to serve or to abuse?
The Pangandamans case is not the first to ever happen in the Philippines, but I pray it to be the last. We vote or appoint people to serve us and not maul us. Politics is, and has been, for the longest time, the stepping stone to “power and riches". So, how in the world will the Pangandamans going to justify this abuse of power? Why didn't they use peace instead of fist. They (Pangandamans) could if they only would because they have the power and the bodyguards, remember? How many bodyguards did they have, and who were paying them? Was it from the tax payers like the defenseless 56-year-old dad and his 14-year-old son? Just wanted to know, and I'm following this up because I really want to see justice served so that, hopefully, this will bring the opening for the change to make our country a better place to live, for everybody.
