What if Obama is a Muslim? A commentary

I stumbled upon this commentary by Campbell Brown saying “so what if Obama were a Muslim or an Arab”. My take on this is that, it’s not more of whether Obama is a Muslim or not – as I agree that it really should not matter - but more of what his beliefs were if he was one. I’m maybe mistaken, but as far as I know, America is a Christian country and we have so many very painful experiences in the hands of terrorists who happened to be Muslims, but perhaps not the same kind you’ll find in your own neighborhood. I guess my point is, if Obama were a Muslim, how much do we know about his beliefs, because the danger lies more on what’s hidden and that’s what made this issue an issue. So, I guess the question for America is “if Obama were a Muslim, are we ready to be lead by a Muslim at this time with complete trust and confidence? or do you feel the need to be healed first”. If, at the back of your mind you still have some lingering doubts, think harder before voting.
